YCL-X metal and nonmetal CO2 laser cutting machine have different power, 150W can cut max1.5mm carbon steel and iron, 1.2mm stainless steel, 20mm acrylic and 12mm wood etc, also can engrave on glass, acrylic, wood and other nonmetal; 300W can cut max 3mm carbon steel and iron, 2mm stainless steel, 30mm acrylic and 20mm wood, MDF etc, also can engrave on non-metal.

I know nothing about this machine, what type of machine should I choose?
We will help you choose the suitable machine and share you the solution; you can share us what material will you marking engraving and the depth of MARKING ENGRAVING.

When I got this machine, but I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
We will send operation video and manual for the machine. Our engineer will do training online. If needed, we can send our engineer to your site for training or you can send the operator to our factory for training.

If some problems happen to this machine, what should I do?
We offer a three year warranty on the machine. During the three-year warranty period, if there is any problem with the machine, we will provide spare parts free of charge (except man-made damage). After the warranty period, we still provide lifetime service. So, if you have any questions, please let us know and we will give you a solution.

What's consumables of laser marking machine?
It does not have consumable. It's very economical and cost effective.

What's package, will it protect the products?
We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.

What's delivery time of handheld fiber laser welding machine?
Commonly, the lead time is within 15 working days after receiving the payment.
